The CIA and Department of Justice have declassified new documents related to the “Russia Collusion” hoax and sent the material to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement the DOJ provided committee chairman Senator Chuck Grassley with previously classified information relating to what she called “Special Counsel Durham’s investigation into possible coordination between the Clinton campaign and the Obama administration to interfere with the 2016 presidential election.” The CIA wrote on its X account that the disclosure -quote-“further advances President Trump’s directive for maximum transparency”.

Police have lined up four rows deep to pay respects to a fellow officer who was among the victims of a gunman's rampage at a Manhattan office tower. New York's mayor and governor extolled Officer Didarul Islam as they and others mourned him at a service Thursday at a Bronx mosque. The 36-year-old Bangladeshi immigrant was building a career in the nation’s largest police force when he and three other people were shot to death in Monday's attack. He served as a school safety agent before becoming a patrol officer less than four years ago. He was a married father of two, with a third child on the way.
Delta Air Lines says a flight from Salt Lake City to Amsterdam was hit by serious turbulence, injuring passengers and forcing the flight to divert to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The airline says that first responders met the flight Wednesday evening and 25 passengers were taken to hospitals for evaluation and treatment. One passenger said people who weren't wearing seat belts were thrown about the cabin. Serious injuries from in-flight turbulence are rare, but scientists say they may be becoming more common as climate change alters the jet stream.
