President Trump has signed legislation that directs the Justice Department to release files on convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. After fighting the release of files for months, the president had no choice but to sign the bill. Every member of Congress, except for one, voted for it. In the end, Donald Trump insisted the Epstein matter had become a distraction and said he wanted to move on. With the bill signed, the Justice Department is required to release all files and communications related to Epstein, including information about his death in federal prison, within 30 days.
Today, Josh is joined by Brandon Tatum, host of The Officer Tatum Show, for a powerful conversation about the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk. Tatum speaks passionately about Charlie’s impact, his leadership, and why he refuses to stay silent as certain voices on the Right try to divide the movement Charlie helped build.
The two also confront the conspiracy theories surrounding Charlie’s death, with Tatum making it clear: asking reasonable questions is healthy, but quickly jumping to conclusions is reckless.

Former U.S. leaders, lawmakers and other dignitaries gathered at Washington's National Cathedral to remember the powerful and divisive former vice president.
Guests included former Presidents Joe Biden and George W. Bush as well as former Vice President Kamala Harris and Mike Pence, who served as vice president in Trump's first term.
Cheney, a former Wyoming congressman and secretary of defense who was a driving force behind the U.S. invasion of Iraq as vice president in 2003, died at age 84 on November 3.
His daughter Liz Cheney remembered him as one who "knew the bonds of party must always yield to the single bond that we share as Americans. For him, a choice between defense of the Constitution and defense of your political party was no choice at all."
Flags at the White House have been flying at half staff.
By all accounts, Pastor Greg has led a remarkable life. Looking back though, there are a few “life hacks” he would tell his younger self, which is exactly what today’s special conversation with his son, Jonathan, is all about. On this Thanksgiving week episode of The Greg Laurie Show, Pastor Greg and Jonathan peel back the layers of family legacy, faith, personal growth, gratitude, and redemption—taking a cue from Pastor Greg’s newest book, Life Hacks: Things I Would Tell My Younger Self. Drawing from childhood memories and raw stories of pain and grace, father and son reflect on lessons learned—from the value of wearing sunscreen and flossing your teeth to navigating generational patterns of brokenness and pursuing God’s best through every season.
During their candid conversation Pastor Greg recounts his turbulent upbringing—marked by trauma, frequent moves, and an unpredictable home life—and talks about how God’s grace radically changed the trajectory for him, his family, and generations to come. Jonathan also shares his own journey as a pastor’s kid, how family tragedy shaped his faith, and the encouragement that anyone can break free from patterns of dysfunction.
The episode concludes with 7 actionable “life hacks”: all about putting God first, building a life on the Bible, cultivating gratitude, and practicing forgiveness that sets you free.

A federal indictment charges U.S. Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick of Florida with stealing $5 million in federal disaster funds, laundering some of the money through straw donors to her congressional campaign and then conspiring to file a false tax return, the Justice Department announced.
Federal prosecutors accused the Democrat of stealing Federal Emergency Management Agency overpayments that her family health care company received through a COVID-19 vaccination staffing contract. Cherfilus-McCormick has denied the charges and has no plans to resign, according to a statement shared by her chief of staff.
“This is an unjust, baseless, sham indictment — and I am innocent. The timing alone is curious and clearly meant to distract from far more pressing national issues,” Cherfilus-McCormick's statement reads in part. “I look forward to my day in court. Until then, I will continue fighting for my constituents.”

Health officials say at least 31 babies in 15 states have been treated for botulism in an outbreak linked to ByHeart baby formula.
The company confirmed Wednesday that lab tests found samples of its formula contaminated with the bacteria that can cause the illness.
Investigators in at least three states report that some of the recalled formula is still on store shelves, despite a nationwide recall issued on November 11.
Infant botulism is a potentially deadly illness. Symptoms can take up to 30 days to appear, and cases require immediate medical attention.
Former U.S. Treasury Secretary and longtime Harvard economist Larry Summers has stepped back from his teaching duties after newly released emails showed he maintained a friendly relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
A spokesperson confirmed Wednesday that Summers is now on leave as the fallout continues to grow.
The release of the emails has prompted Summers to scale back numerous public commitments. Earlier in the day, he severed ties with OpenAI — the maker of ChatGPT — as well as several other organizations and think tanks that he had been affiliated with.
